Product Features

The product features an SFP+ with an LC connector, equipped with an 850nm VCSEL laser, designed for low EMI and enhanced ESD protection. It is IEC-60825 laser safe and fully compliant with RoHS and SFF-8472 standards.
Applications and Standard:
The absolute maximum ratings specify a storage temperature (Tst) range of -40°C to +85°C, a supply voltage (VCC) from 0V to +3.6V, and an operating relative humidity (RH) between 0% and 85%.
 
Recommended Operating Conditions:
The operation environment specifies a supply voltage (VCC) range of 3.15V to 3.45V, with an operating case temperature (TC) from 0°C to +70°C for commercial use. The device supports a maximum power dissipation of 1W and a data rate of up to 10.3125Gbps.
Regulatory Compliance:
The electrical characteristics of the transmitter section include an input differential impedance (Zin) of 90–110 ohms and a differential data input swing (Vin) ranging from 180mV to 700mV. The TX disable voltage is 2.0V to Vcc, while the TX enable voltage ranges from 0V to 0.8V. TX fault is asserted between 2.0V and Vcc, and deasserted between 0V and 0.8V. The receiver section features an output differential impedance (Zout) of 100 ohms and a differential data output swing (Vout) ranging from 300mV to 800mV. The Rx_LOS is asserted between 2.0V and Vcc and deasserted between 0V and 0.8V.
