Product Features
The SFP+ package with LC connector features a 1270nm (1330nm) DFB laser and PIN-TIA photodetector, supporting up to 60km transmission on SMF and data links up to 11.3Gbps. It supports optional dual CDR in TX and RX channels, operates on a +3.3V single power supply with power dissipation under 1.5W, and offers a 2-wire interface with integrated digital diagnostic monitoring.

Absolute Maximum Ratings

The electrical interface characteristics, defined at an ambient operating temperature of 0°C to +70°C with Vcc = 3.3V, include transmitter parameters such as a differential line input impedance (Zin) of 90–110 Ohm, differential data input swing (Vin) of 180–700 mV, transmit disable voltage of 2V–Vcc, transmit enable voltage of -0.3–0.8V, transmit fault assert of 2.4V–Vcc, and transmit fault deassert of -0.3–0.8V.
