Job Description:

We have opening in Chembur- Mumbai location as Sales Coordinator . The role involves coordinating with PAN India Sales team, order processing, Coordinating with Distributors and logistics for order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team for Order punching, Pricing and Stock update.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeline as per Zoho software system
• Ensure adherence to Company policies
• Coordinate with concerned department to close the Sales Order
• Maintain MIS sales person wise, region wise etc.

Skills required

• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Expert in MIS
• Good communication skill verbal as well as written
• Knowledge in Advance excel (Vlookup , Pivot , Formulas , shortcuts)
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field and relevant MBA.
• Candidate should be from ex-Telecom, IT hardware and IT Networking Industry.
