We have a job openings -- Mumbai- Chembur , We are seeking skilled Network Engineer to join our IT Support team. The candidate will be responsible for configuration and trouble shooting on routing protocols, GPON Technology



Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience on ONU, OLT configuration-- GPON
  • Good Knowledge on Networking Layers & OSI layers and PON Technology
  • Working and Troubleshooting on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF & Static route 
  • Configuration of VLANs, RSTP, MSTP, IGMP, SNMP
  • Work in tandem with L2 / L3 to resolve escalated issues
  • Hands on experience on CISCO switches
  • Online support to client
  • Visit to client
  • Ready to travel PAN India for configuration


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in VLANs, and routing protocols (STP/RSTP/OSPF/BGP).
  • Experience with GPON technology- ONU, OLT configuration.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA course completion certificate

Job Description:

We have opening in Bangalore location in sales as Key Account Manager. The role involves meeting ISP's and generating monthly business regarding Optilink products - GPON, DWDM, Switches etc.

Candidate will be responsible for entire South region—TN, Karnataka, Kerala entire south.



Key Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition thro prospecting new clients – MSO, ISP’s.
  • Maintain / Manage & Grow Business from the assigned Key Accounts
  • Build & maintain long term Relationship with the Key Decision Makers / CXOs in the allocated Key Accounts
  • Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets for the assigned Key Accounts.
  • Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business
  • Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues
  • Ensure the timely collection of the payments and adherence to the payment collection / Outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies
  • Maximising Wallet Share form the existing key account



Requirements:

  • 4 - 20 years of experience in Sales Business Development, large accounts.- especially from FTTH/ Fiber Technology
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly self-driven ,self-motivated and should possess a proactive approach towards the objectives
  • Should demonstrate solution centric approach towards problems
  • Ability to identify and manage relationships and decision making processes across complex organization spread across geographies
  • Ability to manage customer issues, including those essential for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field and relevant MBA.
  • Candidate from FTTH background, ex-telecom would be preferred
